Cohort / FAQ
Questions people ask
Straight answers for the founding cohort. If something still isn’t clear, email hello@getzenor.com.
Joining and timing
When does the founding cohort start?
Thursday 10 September. We’ll send logins and a short how-to before day one.
How long is it?
14 days. Most days it’s about five to ten minutes.
What do I need?
A phone or laptop, your email, and a willingness to check in honestly. You don’t need a wearable. WhatsApp is useful for reminders but you can skip it and still take part.
Is it free?
Yes. The founding cohort is free. We’re not paying people to join either, because we want honest use, not a paid task.
I’m on the waitlist. Is this page for me?
It’s written for people in the founding cohort. If you’re on the waitlist you’ll still get updates by email, and we’ll say when a later group opens.
Using Zenor day to day
How is Zenor different from ChatGPT or other AI products?
General AI tools are designed to answer a wide range of questions. Zenor is designed to understand you over time. It learns from your check-ins, actions and results, helps you decide what matters now, and adapts what it suggests based on what is actually working for you.
What will I actually do each day?
Short check-ins in the app (how you’re doing, what you’re working on, what got in the way). Zenor uses that to help you notice patterns and suggest a sensible next step. The exact prompts will shift a bit over the 14 days, and that’s intentional.
Do I have to use WhatsApp?
No. Skip it if you prefer and keep using the app. If you connect WhatsApp, Zenor can nudge you at the times you choose. Skipping doesn’t pause your plan.
What if I miss a day?
Just pick up the next day. Missing one check-in doesn’t take you out of the cohort. The more regular days you can give us, the more useful it is for you and for what we learn.
Phone or computer?
Both work. Use whatever you’re on. The daily loop is fine on mobile.
Is this therapy or medical advice?
No. Zenor is here to help ambitious people see how they work and follow through. It isn’t a replacement for professional mental health or medical support. If you’re in crisis, please use local emergency services.
Feedback, bugs, and support
Something’s broken or confusing. What do I do?
Use the feedback button inside the app when you can. That reaches the whole team quickly. For login or access problems, email hello@getzenor.com.
Will someone reply to everything?
We read everything that comes in. We can’t run a private chat with every person in the cohort. If something is blocking you, you’ll get a clear reply. Product suggestions may go straight into what we build without a personal back-and-forth every time.
Who do I contact?
hello@getzenor.com, or the in-app feedback button while the cohort is running.
Data and privacy
What happens with my data?
We use it to run Zenor, support you, and make the product better. Other cohort members can’t see your information. A limited number of authorised Zenor team members may access it where needed to operate and improve the product. We don’t sell it or share it with advertisers. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing hello@getzenor.com. Before you start you’ll also get a plain English agreement that commits both ways.
How is my data looked after?
It’s protected when it moves and when it’s stored. Only people on the team who need it to run Zenor can see it. More detail is on the privacy page.
Will other cohort members see what I write?
No. Your check-ins and journals stay private. We may look at patterns across the group (without naming people) so we can improve Zenor.
After the 14 days
What happens when it ends?
You tell us honestly what you thought of Zenor. We use that to decide what to build next. Founding members get first look at what comes after. Anything about continued access or a paid product, we’ll say clearly at the end, not spring it as a surprise.
Can I invite a friend?
Not into this founding group unless we open that on purpose. Point them at the waitlist on getzenor.com for now.
